Has anyone created an up to date Windows/DOS binary of mdvtool? XorA's site only seems to have the source, not binaries.

There was a PC binary published on here back in 2019/20 but it seemed to lack some commands like create, maybe it was from the original MISTer source?

I have tried to start it, it just flickers for a short time, then nothing happens (WIN 10).

Its a command line tool - obviously that means it needs to be run from the command line...
