(Digs out the SBASIC/SuperBASIC Reference Manual - that's twice tonight...)
QXL supports only the same BAUD rates as the original QL (ie. maximum is 19,200 BAUD, although presumably this is more reliable than on the original QL, which struggled at 9600 BAUD unless you had Hermes / SuperHERMES). QXL did not support BAUD 75.
QPC2 supports the same BAUD rates as QXL, plus 38,400 and 57,600 BAUD.

Well, actually, the QXL supports one additional baud rate, 153600 baud, by giving a 0 as baud rate to the BAUD command.
At least that's what my QXL manual says - never actually tried that.
