Is the Text87 Plus 4 software available for download somewhere?

AFAIK, no, it's never been released from commercial status.

There is a demo version on my site which will load Text 87 files, but will not save, export or print. Probably adequate for viewing Text 87 documents.

To be frank, it's not a great application. In my opinion that is, there might be people who love it.

I much prefer Perfection, or even, Quill.

Also, the document file format is not documented so extracting data from a T87 file is pretty much impossible.
