Hi All,

ATARI mouse plugs in to ST Joystik/Mouse port, and mouse pointer can be also controlled on ATARI by cursor keys, or even joystik itself, would it be then possible to connect ATARI mouse also to CTL1 port of the QL?

No, you'd need something like QUIMI in order to properly use an Atari mouse.
(Note there's an active thread in here with a QIMI replacement board in development)

The QL's CTL ports work only with Joysticks.
