Wasn't that the cartridge that contained "install_bas" and the likes?

No idea - as install_bas etc were all included on the actual Quill, Abacus, Arcvhive and Easel cartridges anyway....

As far as I know, on the "german" MDV, there was Config_bas to change the sort routines.
