I have uploaded the Microdeal Flight Simulator Keyboard Reference Guide to my website:

However, I only have a very poor quality one where a lot of the information is either too faded or worn off - does anyone have a better copy?

I'm not sure if I have that, I know I had QL Flight.

Ah great - someone has now provided me with a completely re-written Flight Simulator manual (including the Quick Reference Card and keyboard reference):
