Yesterday, QPC2 and/or EastMenu4 was giving me a taste of nostalgia. I was trying to run EasyMenu4 but the system would hang up solid every so often usually just before I tried saving half an hours work grrr! My BBQL used to do exactly this back in the good old days of 1984ish, whenever my fridge started up!

Today, no such problems, which is the usual case these days.

Nostalgia! It's not what it used to be.

Easyptr is a great software, just that there's a lot to take in when you first start learning to use it, and the manual doesn't have many working examples.

In my household, it's my main PC which has problems with electrical appliances going off and on, the QLs don't seem to suffer anywhere near as much. Of all things, it's the TV set alongside the computer desk which causes most crashes.

I suspect it was something EasyMenu4 didn't like me doing, maybe I had the wrong extensions loaded. But it was a nostalgic trip back in time to the old days, in my first flat, with a "spiking" fridge.
