So where does the 400 ft magnet wire, 38 gauge come in?

The Mplane was designed for Auroras and Gold Cards... It therefore omitted a track which is needed if you use an original QL board. Tony used to place this missing track by hiding the wire under the connectors, and I will be doing the same. Magnet wire is perfect - it comes with an insulating coating that protects against shorts, but that works as a flux when soldered.
