Forum registration problems

Some people from the Facebook group have trouble registering for the forum, maybe somebody could look into it.

Hi,
The Private Message email notification is not working, I asked in the Forum, sent PM to Admin, asked on the IRC Chat/ Discord let nothing has happened.
I have set all the correct settings on my profile. Maybe there is a problem with my account?
How do I get this resolved.

I think that's more a hosting issue, possibly detecting as mass mailers etc. Mine doesn't work either
