Though I have the disk from Jochen Merz, I do not have the manual any longer. It would be nice, if someone could scan the last recent one.

Hi Derek,

thank you. Unfortunetely, this is the version 1 of the manual, but it matches with the standard keywords of version 2.

Nevertheless an interesting site.
