A new and much enhanced version of phgtk toolkit from David Westbury is available from the Graphics Page on my website.

In addition to the previous facilities to convert JPEG, PNG and GIF files, there are new facilities for GD2 PIC files to scale, tile, transform (reduce resolution, flip, invert, rotate), box filter (smoothing, sharpen, raise, blur, edge detect, feint),crop, border and alter brightness. Also RGB to other GD2 mode conversion.

Thanks to David's fast phgtk toolkit, I have updated my SQRview program which now also converts JPEG, GIF and PNG images for viewing and saving as PIC files. It can be found on my site.
