Hi,
I posted about my Pi QL project, but thought I should also introduce myself.
I was a QL user back around '85, and was actively using my QL well into the '90s, though alongside a range of PCs and other computers. It's still put away in the box with its trump card, ICE mouse and a bunch of floppies.
I liked the ICE mouse, but never thought much of the ICE GUI, so I wrote my own mini GUI in assembly language.
In more recent years I've played with Emulators, though I haven't really used them as more than toys.
I'm interested in the idea of using the QL for modern computing, which for me means using modern hardware. Im going to start with the Pi, and see where I can go with that.
I look forward to seeing what people get up to here.
James

Step up to red alert. Sir, are you absolutely sure? It does mean changing the bulb

Looking forward to summer in Somerset later in the year
