Unusual ASL Interface

Just seen this listing on ebay:

The unknown interface only appears to be marked 'ASL 1985' - it looks to be an EPROM programmer of some sort - not sure what the buttons are for - but I would guess it is:

I agree with most of what you say, but I see no buttons :shock:
Do you mean the preset (variable) resistors with round black tops?

Yes now I have a full image (added to the QL Wiki entry), I can see that they are not buttons, but are in fact variable resistors
