so finally,
after replacing IC6 with another "new" from ebay (the one i got was obviously faulty too), i brought one QL back:

What was the problem apart from bad IC6?

i'm not really sure what was the problem after replacing ram1 (which i think definitely also was faulty). Maybe i had that self-made issue with 2 legs in 1 socket-slot of the 257 too long. Also the fact you can't trust any of these ram chips from ebay didn't make it easier, in the end the chip in IC6 was also bad.
For everyone trying to solve such things, i REALLY recommend using Minerva ROM, at least once you get the video ram working (which is the "upper" bank).
