Ideally you want a three button mouse (useful for QPAC2 for example)....

I wonder if anyone has tried a USB->Amiga mouse adaptor - there are several on that 'other' site

Not the USB ones, but I use one like this :-

For using a microsoft ps/2 mouse on my Amiga, it is MASSIVE improvement on the crappy Amiga mice!
