Hmm - I have had a look at CD sleeves - they are OK, but I would have to increase the cost of the software and the postage to cover all the waste paper, extra ink, time taken to cut out the printed sleeves and the bigger padded envelopes needed to send them out....

Hmmm.....

I thought of that later - maybe just the clear cases - Dilwyn - where do you get your CD sleeves and do you have a word template I could use please...
The clear CD sleeves are in my local Tesco Extra (well, they were end of last year, haven't checked since then). Can't remember the price, not expensive - if you haven't got a Tesco Extra near you, or your health doesn't let you get there, let me know, I'll go and look for you in my local store.

Template - will email that to you separately. Basically, in Word, just set up a text box or single cell table about 12cm square and draw in that.

The other way, perhaps better suited to floppy disks, is to use clear plastic sleeves of about A6 size. I am not sure where you get these - Geoff would know, it was how the Just Words! software was supplied on floppy disk. A6 is only about half an inch wider than a disk (fairly secure!), and leaves room above the floppy disk for program title, etc.

Ok

These are Cellophane based, they dont add anything to the strength but are very cheap

These are plastic but environmentally friendly? personally I don't like them

Want colour, want paper well these fit the bill but still not right

Whereas 100mmx100mm envelops would be pleasing to the eye and you can probably run them directly through a printer for printing

This A6 (105 X 148 MM) WHITE PRESENTATION CARD BOX is 80p each rather neat but over the top http://www.ideal-envelopes.co.uk/a6_105 ... n_card_box

Sinclair black youll find here http://www.worldofenvelopes.com/acatalo ... lopes.html

Or you could get these, black 4x4 fold card for protection to go in envelopes for posting http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Black-4x4-Gat ... 0938751193

or this if you don't want black and environmentally friendly http://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/hobbycraft- ... 85828-1000
