Im slowly recovering from an extended vacation so I havent been paying much attention to QL Forum recently. Sorry I wasnt able to help testing Quantum Explorer. It looks incredible! I'll be happy to help when I get back in the saddle in a few days if you still need it. Otherwise Im looking forward to try out the finished product once its ready for release!

Is it written in SBASIC? If so, how is it compiled: Qlib or Turbo? Will it run under Qdos? .. Lots of questions. I guess we'll know more once its ready.
Thanks for your words and welcome back from your vacation!
QE is written in Superbasic written with Structured Super Basic (like all my software) and EASYPTR.
It is compiled with QLIB 3.36, I have no idea if it can run on QDOS but I don't think so. Everything I do is designed for SMSQ/E
Inside this software there is also a bit of your work, the resizing of windows is graphical and I learned it from you!

Given the importance of not having errors in a filemanager (so as not to ruin user data) I will only release QE when I am sure that it is error-free.
