I will have look at this tomorrow and report back.
But judging by what "Jobdone" says, maybe a GAL will not work, better a PAL.

I can not program a PAL chip with my programmer .
Will there be someone out there ( pref within eu ) who could program 2 pal's for me ( got them here )

I can program various GAL / PAL and micros - I have a few programmers that cover most of the older programmable devices.
Do you have the JED files for the PAL devices then?

The TL866 II plus programmer,
seems that can program some PALs/GALs.
At least ATMEL and LATTICE.

Have you have the last XGecu version software?
I have not T48, but usually I go directly to the IC searching tool to check out if it is supported or not.

I have a HiLo Systems ALL11 and a Dataman 48LV - as well as 2 versions of the TL866, plus a couple of other USB programmers - the trouble with these later devices is the lack of the higher voltages needed for the older eproms, micros and PAL's.
The downside of these older programmers is having to maintain an older OS platform to run them on.
But I have all that covered. If you have the blank devices or they are eraseable (a lot of PAL devices are fuse based - so once programmed - that's it), and the necessary JED files then I can program them.
I still have my trump card version 1 - so I can see if the 2 logic devices on it are readable by my programmers, and if they are in the device lists.
Device list for Dataman attached - I will see if I can find the HILO one too

Hi,
I have been trying to retire my HiLo Systems ALL03a programmer for a long time, but it seems that modern programmer can not handle the older devices like PAL.
The ALL03a also performs a good IC Chip testing function and has a easy way of adding unknown programmable devices.
There has been porting of TL866 and HiLo Systems software to Linux so there may be a way of adding chips profiles to the software.

Hi
Where the APP XGecu has been ported to Linux?
