Just wanted to say your QL looks awesome!
I'm tempted to recreate the red function keys on my QL, time for a spot a painting!

That little front-end you've made looks great too, it's actually just what I was looking for!

This special keyboard with red function keys is actually a replacement keyboard that I bought from Jochen Mertz a long time ago, when my original keyboard started to bug. It's a classic technology, more robust than the QL membrane. Indeed, red function keys flash, but I did not replace the keyboard for esthetic reasons :)

I never used SuperBasic for anything else than "front-end, sort of shell scripts" where you don't have to worry about speed (but for which SuperBasic provides nice graphics). For my other programming, I prefer compile-link development tools or else, the FORTH environment.
