But on the other hand, the "lost login" problem has returned, and they're still using the redirect(which might be a cause)...

Glad everyone finds the forum faster!
The login problem should disappear once the DNS updates and the redirect has stopped.
I need to get hold of vanpeebles now! Only he has access to the DNS settings!

Hehehehe, with Robs help we got it all changed over last night so everything should be getting back to normal. Even more impressive was that I found my log in details for the DNS.
