On the QL connector I see 03 88

Sliding the cover off shows a chip with blue sticker on marked TCt 1.21A

Booting a QL with it in gives me V1.21a 896K RAM

My cousin has offered me a Trump card and I want to make sure I pay him a decent reward. What value are these nowadays?

I'd happily buy a md with Quill on it. Let me know details

The biggest problem I can see is getting those files onto Microdrive

I've got a few files on a microdrive and I am not sure what they are, for example one is named fata_aba another sss_doc

Is there a way of dumping these files? Similar to using head or less on unix?

EDIT looks like these are abacus and quill files. I don't have either program so can the line editor ...

You star! I now have 2 working QLs

Sadly the keyboard ribbon was in a terrible state and had to be trimmed. That will need replacing long term

I have two QLs, one boots and display's perfectly on this screen (UHF) the other is giving me this display with no response after pressing F2.

I'm new to QL hackery so can anyone help me here. I am pretty sure it is not the display.

I know they are hen's teeth at the moment but just putting this up here if anyone has a working QL power supply I'd be really grateful

Just bought my second QL, the first was given to me 30 years ago and I used it for a while before selling on. I now regret that.

The latest model is on it's way but without a PSU. I can see that this is going to be a big issue so am currently glued to eBay. If anyone can help I'm all ears.
