Yes, indeed. I was very dubious too when I saw that picture, but the guy at RWAP Software kind of confirmed that picture was taken by the tech manual of the MicroP Disk Drive.
As soon as I have a multimeter ready to go, I'll send you the voltage of each pin, but it could take a while, maybe a month ...

Yes, it's still an ongoing issue. At least in my case, as I still didn't find a valid PSU replacement.
And yes, as you pointed out, @bagpuss22, the diagram shows different voltages form the ones that appear on the original PSU.

In your case. I think you need the middle drive or an proper voltage ...
